Job Code: SBHR-001 Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (ONLY FOR SAUDI NATIONALS)

  • Recruitment Functions including ( Hiring plans, Interviews, Job ads, Screening resumes, Screening to create Shortlists), complete the external recruitment process with manpower agencies. 
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire, Host and participate in job fairs.

  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Ensure delivered policies/Orientations and employee handbooks that explain company operations.
  • Prepare onboarding kits, Welcome new employees upon their arrival, Introduce team members.
  • Gather and process paperwork, Checklist employee file.
  • Ensure to compliance with Saudization and Localization rate and register the employee in the HRDF hiring support program if available.
  • Inform employees of their first tasks (e.g. which programs to download and how to activate their accounts).
  • Address new hires’ queries regarding their contracts and payroll.
  • Follow up with Head of Department to complete the probationary period performance.
  • Manage the termination/resignation request/end of contract, with alignment with notice period.
  • Ensure to complete the (Clearance, Settlement, add beneficiary, transfer the benefits).
  • Ensure to remove the employee from (GOV platforms, medical insurance).
  • Bachelor of Human Resources or Business Administration.
